Can a person I "un-followed" on Instagram still be able to see my private profile/pictures?

I have a few followers on Instagram.
I just recently decided to put my Instagram on 'private'. I have photos that I don't want some of my followers to see, So I "un-followed" them, but it says that they still "follow" me.

Can my followers still see my pictures even though I "un-followed" them?
Can Instagram people who aren't following me and I'm not following, see my pictures?
If I "follow" a person does that mean that my pictures are available for them to view?

They can still see your pictures because they are following you un following them just makes you not be able to see their pics but they still can see yours
If you don't want them to see your pics block them you can do that by going on their profile and clicking the button on the top right hand corner .
