Your cousin can only do what you allow. By not blocking her, you are the one that is allowing her to "ruin" your FB. By trying to embarrass her through her FB, you are stooping to her level and will only cause friction in the family. If she is really being rude, nasty and obnoxious, talk to her parents about it and show them what she's doing. That should put an end to this.
