Linkedln account with 0 connections is a fake account?

Last week someone viewed my profile. This person had no connections , no photo only the country was indicated. The next day i was looking for this account and could not find it. i suppose aperson that does not want me to know who she or he is created a fake account to look at my profile and afterwards she or he deleted? Other reasons?

Possibly, though I wouldn't have thought Linkedin gave enough info to be useful. More likely mto be a mistake or someone just trying lots of such sites and realising it didn't suit - or even an automated signup that was detected and deleted.
