Can someone make me a Quotev account, please?

I really need a Quotev account for this roleplay that I'm doing but no matter what, it won't let me sign up. Can someone please make an account for me?

Once my account was deleted, and whenever I tried to make a new one, it would always say something like 'registration is not available at this time', etc. And it was impossible for me to make a new account. But what you can do to get around that, I discovered, is make a Twitter or Facebook account (if you already have one, just make a new one) and you should be able to register through that account.
