He blocked me but did he read my message?

With out going into detail I sent a message via Facebook, the person then blocked me.
It's not showing the little tick seen at xx:xx is that because they've blocked me I can't see when it was read? Or did they not even bother reading it?

If they blocked you, you won't be able to see if they read it, but chances are they did..why bother with somebody who clearly doesn't want you in their life?

May be. But when someone block you then you can not send him message and can not see his profile. It have sent a message, then it means he has received the message and after that blocked you.
