Facebook profile won't show my birthday and languages?

Facebook profile, can't show my languages and birthday?
hey there, so I have the current facebook page which is the one with the timeline. before, I had my settings on my page where my birthday, current city, current school and languages would show on my profile to my friends. a few months ago, whenever I go on my page it would only show my current school and city. i also click the option that lets you view it as another friend and its the same thing. I want my birthday to show and the languages when I speak. When I change my settings, i put it to show my birthday on my timeline and I made my languages visible to my friends. so why cant I or my friends see them on my page? only my school and city are on there
I said I already put the settings to friends. so dont know why my friends and I cant see it

Go to your profile>Update info>Basic information, then edit. To the right of each field is an icon. Ensure your birthday and languages are set to friends, not 'Only Me'
