I have a problem with facebook.?

I accidentally got got a Restriction for "spamming" when I tried to post the url of a fix version of a photo in the comments of a post. I had no intention to spam.
Can someone help me or do I have to delete and remake my face book account.
It was caused by Facebook's automated program. How do I email Them a repeal?

It Seems Someone Has Marked Your Post As Spam, Due To You Have Posted Sexual Or Anything That Spoiles Facebook, The Restriction Is Only Temperory, So Dont Worry
