Can you provide us more information?
If Facebook is telling you a message saying that you are blocked from commenting then it can either be because you were spamming or someone has reported your comment due to bad language. The amount of time it will take to unblock depends on how many times you have been blocked before. It can take a week to a month. I suggest you not to comment on any page posts if so. If this is not the problem and if it is just a technical issue with Facebook then you should contact Facebook Help right away! Facebook should get back to you in 2 weeks or so. If not try reporting again. Hopefully this will solve your problem.
