Question about Facebook?

I have a Facebook page and through that page, I have liked other pages.

There is one page where I see others liking and commenting, but I do not have that ability to do anything on their page.

Is that a setting? They don't know me to block me.

Just wondering what is up with that.

You have to be friends or associated with the group if I am not mistaken. And No facebook isn't fool proof. It has it's server problems too so, you just have to go with the flow.
