Well, that's happened because you have more than likely been adding too many people in a short space of time. Facebook has recognised this as spamming and has blocked you.

it's because it's against the rules to add people you dont know just to increase your friends number

and all it takes is ONE person to click on "i dont know this person outside of facebook" to get your account suspended for this reason

why does facebook do it? it's a spam prevention measure... if you dont know the people in real life, the likelihood of you eventually using them to try and illegally advertise to them is high

stop adding people you dont know in real life and you wont have this problem anymore
