Facebook Doubt about blocking others?

Hi everyone ...A few years ago I had a facebook account which was deactivated due to some privacy reasons. Now I am opening a fresh one with a new email address (I am not re-activating the old account). Im totally creating a new one . Now my questions are as follows:

1. If my name was XYZ before deactivating with an email address abc@gmail.com , now if i create a new account with same name XYZ but diff email address such as fgh@gmail.com , will my earlier tagged pics and comments with friends wall posts, etc automatically get linked ?

2. If I block a person from my list and If post on our mutual friend's wall or tag him in a pic , will the blocked person able to see that post or tagged pic ? If yes, how would he see it..I mean will he see my name as 'facebook user' or as my 'real name' ? coz im planning to block a lot of friends but at the same time have a lot of mutual friends too . Please someone help me on these queries !!! Thanks a ton !

1.Nope Because it would Be Under your Old Account it Does Not Get Transferred Over to your New Account

2.Nope A Blocked Person Wont Be Able to See anything of yours And you Wont Be Able to See Anything of the Blocked Person
