At the bottom of the email click "Unsubscribe" then follow the steps it tells you to take.

1. Click on Gear at top right corner in Facebook and choose Account settings from that.
2. Now click on Notifications from left side bar.
3. Click on Edit option in front of Email option.
4. Select this option , "Only notifications about your account, security and privacy"
5. Click Close button over there.
