How can I get my facebook unblocked?

So this girl posted some pictures of me on facebook yesterday I didn't like so I reported them and got annoyed at her. She said "you already got me banned for 24 hours last time you reported my photos so I'm gona report every photo you have with me In it and get you banned" so she did and I now cannot post for 24 hours. I am extremely annoyed as I did nothing wrong and now Facebook has banned me over a picture I posted of her over a year ago. what can I do about this? I think this stupid girl should be the one banned for harassing me and continuing to post the photos of me which may i say I'd already reported and facebook removed but she kept posting them. Also I re-reported them and Facebook said they did not contain harassment or bullying.
