What kind of cybercrime is this?
I have seen that many of my known persons pictures in fb are dispersed all over the internet , in different sites etc.. tha pictures in question are random, probably(as i checked) facebook profile pics or cover images , or publicly viewable images .. now does this fall under cybercrime, if it does what type .. because publicly viewable images can be dowloaded by anyone and posted anywhere.
I would like genuine answers please PS: is it likely that even my pictures are also available in the net without me knowing? Ads |

Yeah, the best way to keep them from doing this is to not put pictures on the net

Well probably its crime or not is still a question. Because when you uploaded an image to internet can be downloaded by anyone. Once it uploaded can't be removed. So to stop this you have to stop uploading.

Using personal picture without the person's consent is crime. You can complain in cyber cell.
