I wanna get over something that happened on social net..?

I feel so depressed coz of it I have been crying since morning and I don't know any way out it's like I'm stuck to this laptop and that site please tell me what to do how to forget all the mean comments and the awkward things that happened

How did you manage to stick yourself to the laptop? My advice would be to get a knife and slowly edge yourself off the laptop and pull gently away from it.

As for the comments, just relax and do something else to take your mind off it.
