How to stop someone from accessing their facebook profile?

My 18 year old brother left his facebook logged in when he came over to my house. He has struggled with drugs in the past but to my belief has been clean for awhile. I saw a conversation with his friend from a few hours ago where he was trying to get heroin. I don't know how to handle this because it is so unexpected. If he didn't have access to his facebook it would be a lot harder for him to have those connections. Is there a way I can change his password or something so he can't get in? Deleting the profile isn't an option because there's a 2 week period where you can cancel it. And no judgements please
