Tumblr pictures not using the app?

So i don't have the tumblr app on my iPad and I can't because apps 17 and older are blocked, and so I'm using google, like the online version. and i was wondering how to put a photo up???

Although you're unable to get the mobile version of Tumblr. Note that using a mobile web browser gives you the option to view in a mobile version, or the desktop version, which is the same as if you we're on your home computer, if I'm not mistaken that should help. I'm sure you recognize Tumblr from a desktop view and won't have anymore differences.
