when uploading a video on facebook it comes up with error try again?

So im trying to upload a video onto facebook but once it has properly loaded it says " There was a problem uploading this into your file, try again " so I tried again like 5 time still hasn't worked. I then tried on my ipod and came up with " error "

Not having any of the information I would expect to see in this it's hard to answer, but here's my shot. Are you using the right video format? the "name".wmv or "name".avi something like that? I'm not sure what Facebook supports but if you use the wrong format it'll give you an error. Also it could just be their server, give it a while and try again.
