how do you use facebook log in for skype on your phone?

on my computer i use facebook to log onto my account but i wanna get it on my phone but i don't know what to use for my username and pass.... do i have to remember my actual username and password for skype? it's been forever since i first made it and i don't really remember it.. is there anyway i can find out if i forgot? and how?
btw i use a samsung galaxy android

Try Putting in your Facebook Email Address and Password and See if that Works if Not Than Hit Forgot password And Go Through the Recovery Steps
