I cant upload videos to instagram?

I cant upload videos to instagram?
This is an update to my previous question. I just now got the update for instagram. I can now view videos on instagram but i cant upload any. When i tap the camera icon it just appears the capture button but not the record button. Will this be fix or will i have just stick to taking pictures?

You have to have Android 4.1 or later to be able to take video otherwise you can just watch. Try to update your version if you can.
