Twitter? But like can I use yours?
Me and my friend shared a twitter account but it won't let me login in so any help and I was wondering if there are open accounts that everyone can login into because I want to make one but idk if I should

Like, no.

There are no public twitter accounts that just anyone can use. If you want an account, sign up for one.

If you don't remember the password, then click the link that says "Forgot your password?" or something similar to that. They'll send you a new one and you'll have to reset it. Talk to Twitter about it. Their help pages are very informative and easy to understand.
