Gut reaction is to say no. Perfectly logical why would you want to have someone who was mean to you in the past on FB? But facebook is not real friends always. It depends on the type/level of bullying but its often worth facing your fear. The reason, coming to terms with it later. Only you can decide as you have not given much info in your question -

But ask your self this - how many times have you seen kids have a fight and then best mates the next/day/week. Its part of understanding human relationships, but perhaps also the fact people do deserve a second chance.
