How do I hide what friends see on my status feed (Facebook)?
Not the main status feed that we all know and love. I am talking about the atrocious spymongering leak in the upper right hand corner of the screen when you are on facebook. I do not want anyone seeing what I post on other people's statuses. I block certain people from seeing my main statuses for various reasons, which of course are not your concern, simply know that I do not believe in an open society.

that's called the ticker

and there is no way to just turn off the feature that shares your activities with your friends, because that's the whole point in using facebook in the first place

the closest thing to what you want is the restricted list... add people to that list, and they will no longer be able to see your likes/comments/status updates

not what you want, i know, but that's how facebook works
