How do i find out who sent me a message on facebook?

i got a message from someone on facebook. it said a name (i didnt catch it) but after i opened the message it changed to 'facebook user'. im assuming the person blocked me after sending that message. how do i find out who it was without knowing their name? its important i need to contact that person.

Not possible, UNLESS the message had an email following it to alert you.

If Person has blocked you then you can't see the message which have he/she send to you.

You can trace who sent you message on facebook by email !
