Sorry that option currently not available in phone
it work only in pc/laptop

The Option is Not Available on The Mobile Site Or The app you Have to Use the PC Site on your Phone in order to Get that Option Without Having to use the Computer Go to your Friends List than Click on Edit than a Box Will Pop Up Click on it and From There you Can Change your Friend List Privacy Setting
