Facebook picture are blurry?

I took a bunch of Facebook pictures on my iPhone and tried to post them on Facebook. I emailed them one by one to myself from my phone and saved them on my computer. Then I posted them on Facebook and they were really blurry, and they weren't blurry at all when I took them. Is there a better way to post them so they're not blurry?

FB uses highly compressed JPGs that's the reason why IQ is diminished so much.

Maybe it's just your computer. Try seeing if someone you know who has I smart phone will let you borrow it for Facebook. Like log out if theirs if they have one and log onto yours. So take pictures in thier phone and then go to the Facebook and upload them from there.
