i accidently sent my friend a question on facebook i posted on yahoo answers it was a really stupid question?

i was copying a question on my yahoo answers and didn't realise i sent it him it was quite stupid and a pregnancy question i posted on a different account

told him that it was a email at first and then i told him that it was yahoo answers question that someone put up and i said the person who put it up was a troll is it ok i said this to him he believed it and he just laughed
or shall i tell him that i was trolling people when i really wasn't
i have anxiety and fell guilty for stupid things and because i have anxiety i keep picturing stupid scenarios where he tells people and where i get in trouble even though there is no way possible because he is a best friend of mine and people dont get in trouble for this kind of thing just answer me and say whether it was ok for me to say to him it was a troll that someone put on yahoo answers when it really wasn't
