Anyone know why I can't post photos to tumblr Instagram or twitter?

I can post post to Instagram and to twitter if the photo is already in my camera roll. Which is an easy fix I can take it and then post. But it's still a little annoying. But with tumblr I can't post at all. I've tried installing the apps again. Deleting one to see if that helps. Nothing has worked so far. Obviously this is a silly issue but if anyone knows how to fix it, I would love the help. Thanks!
