Why does Instagram tell me my Facebook friend just joined Instagram?
I don't have a facebook, nor the app. It also says it is people I don't even know.

You somehow connected your facebook to your instagram. Go to facebook, and check in apps and see if you allowed instagram to use your facebook or not.
