Failed to send message on Facebook?

For the past couple of months, I have been having very annoying difficulties with Facebook (on my computer, not on my phone). Every 10 chat messages or so, I try to send a message, and I get a "Failed to Send" message. It's not the usual one with the orange triangle, it's a red triangle with an exclamation point. Once it appears, if I try to send another message, I get the same failed to send message. I have to refresh the page to be able to send messages again.
This is EXTREMELY obnoxious, and it doesn't seem like anyone else I know is having this problem.
I am using a Macbook Pro with Retina Display which is only a year old, and it also happens on my iMac, which is 2 and a half years old. I am using Google Chrome browser, which I love and have never had any problems with. The only extension I have is AdBlock.

Try contacting facebook about it! they'll know how to help with that i think

they might restart ur account or something
