bing shows search results on facebook?

I noticed this recently (about a month ago) that while logged into facebook someone can view your bing search results or what your looking up. I've got alot of family on facebook and I don't want them knowing what kinda bedroom info I'm looking up. How do I completely disable bing from facebook so this potential disaster does not happen.
