Should I make a facebook ?

I feel like its too late to since its 2013 and people have had them for years now and a lot of people dont even use facebook anymore. I'm 17 so most people in my age group dont use them anymore so is it really worth making one now? I used to have one two years ago but i deleted it and i tried recovering it but they already permanetely deleted it

It's pretty much a waste of time. You obviously didn't like it before, or you wouldn't have deleted it, and it hasn't gotten any better.

I have an account, but I use it only as an address book, and that function is more useful for me because I'm 37 so there are a lot of people from the past who might want to look me up.

Save yourself the trouble and don't make one. It's very addicting. If you really need to keep in contact, just get their phone numbers or email address.
