An account was created in facebook with my sis profile photo , n with my sis photos, actually it's not my one,, but somebody running this , they have my ordinal photos n chatting with all with my name

Report the user as being fake and Facebook will take care of it. I would immediately lock your info so only friends can see it.

Report them for being an imposter. Get a few of your friends to do so too and Facebook will take down their profile.

When that person is offline open your sis account change the password and keep a password that no one could ever think of. And if still that person is coming i am sorry to say you have to deactivate your account and make a new one
