How do I delete names from my "Add People You Know" list on my Facebook profile?

There's a few people whose names are on there with pornographic avatars and I want to delete their names from my list- how do I do that? I don't see an option to delete their names on there.I am a Born-Again Christian- I don't need to be looking at any pornographic avatars. Please help.

Simply block that person by opening there
profile there comes block this person

Basically - you can't do that.

1 thing you should do is >> edit your privacy settings and make them as private as possible in order not to be visible to scammers, link: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=privacy

But, you should understand that these suggestions are formed out of the Friends of your Friends - so, another simple solution to get rid of these suggestions is to unFriend a person from your Friends who has got all these contacts.
