You should not proceed, especially if you have never seen this warning before for this site

when i click on proceed anyway, i cant see the pictures, only the texts. How to enable pictures to be shown?

Sounds like it May be a Display Issue Please Clear your Browsers Cookies and Cachee and Delete Temporary Files than Close Out your Browser and Reopen it and Sign Back in Again
