There is a great book that is becoming the reference book for social media
for business-to-business. It is called "Social Media With Results" or "How
your competitor will beat you... unless you use the 9 weapons of massive
market domination". It is very clear with lots of practical guidelines. I
found it on Amazon. Author is Dan Ake.
