What is the best social media pre built software, as I would like to build a site for dating?

That can't really be considered building a site, since you would really just be using pre build CMS solution.

But you should try outtry PHPbb. I know that its a forum, but it has most of the functions that a dating site has. I.e. Profile text, uploading of a photo, and Private Messaging.

The search function could be improved though. I.e. Search by age and gender, but for smaller sites i think it would be fine.
