A Facebook Profile Question..?

I went on someones profile that I'm friends with, and on their timeless their whole left side is empty. I can't tell if it's a glitch or they're hiding something from me..
I can see their "About" Section but only when I click on it.
And I signed in on another account of mine that I'm not friends with them on, and I could see the left side? If it was a glitch wouldn't it appear like that on the other profile too?

It's all about Privacy and settings

The new timeline asks the people what to show on your timeline. Depending on that the sections will appear on the timeline.

log back into your original facebook and see if you can see it after the other account. if not, try a different browser maybe.

also, you too have settings for what you see from a friend. when you are on their profile, hover over where it has the check mark beside "Friends". you can select what updates you get.

Your friend may have their profile set as 'Private'

They have settings on private or else hidden them from timeline.
