Would you join another social network?

I've had enough of it - Facebook, Twitter, Quora. But some people still think they can create a new and improved social network that everybody will jump in. The trend is Pinterest-like image and news centered networks. Would you be interested in joining a new network? What would make you do it? It's so easy to connect to just about anyone now, is it about better ways to find new friends? Or read news and discuss them with like-minded people? What do you think?

it is nothing more than useless chatter with people you may or may not know, which you could have done in person and got to know them better. it has become nothing more than a status symbol ("What?!? you don't have a Facebook page?!?"), and i leave symbols to the symbol-minded

Google+ seems like it has many nice features, but i'm still avoiding it like the plague...
