Hey there friend, what I could suggest you is that you use the following services, which are free to use and takes only a little bit of free time. These are as following:

- go to YourSocialMonitor.com and find hot Facebook Fan Pages grouped by somewhat, "more popular" countries located in the top
- use couple of Facebook accounts to post on these Fan page walls and tell people that they follow you by posting your Twitter username, and tell them what is your interests field like gaming, sports, movies, etc.
- go to FanPageList.com, and repeat the same process

Also, I advise you to post your Twitter links on Eminem, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga's wall, etc. because from my experience, it brought me tons of targeted followers on Twitter within few hours only.

you need to follow another peoples first and then they will follow you. their is no free service for twitter followers. alternatively you can buy twitter followers but they are fake accounts (not genuine peoples).
