can I send somone a message who has blocked me?

I want to write a letter to a girl for apologizing for being so rude on Facebook and I was wondering if she would see it while she blocked me so is it possible??Also one day if she decides to unblock me,will she be able to see the letter or message I sent to her while she blocked me on FB????

Once you are blocked, nothing you post will be visible to the other person and nothing they post will be visible to you. You will also be automatically unfriended from them. If they ever unblock you, they'll only see posts that are visible to people who aren't in your buddy list, except for posts in mutual groups. The only way around the blockage is to ask a mutual friend to pass on your message.
