Does he LIKE ME, please I need help!!?

1. He always looks at me, even when I'm not looking (my friends always keep an eye on him), and when I look back he really looks deep in my eyes and he gets a smile on his face.
2. Everytime he talks to me or asks me something he can't stop smiling, he looks ecstatic, he just can't hide that mega smile on his face
3. He and his friends always make fun of everyone (like calling someone in the class stupid because of that person answering something wrong) but he NEVER makes fun of me, even if his friends do make a joke, he NEVER says something which he normally does with everybody else.( he just keeps looking at me with a friendly smile).
4. He barely ever looks anyone in the eye while talking to them or asking them something, but with me he ALWAYS looks me in the eye and listens to what I say
5. Outside school when he's always with his popular friends (he's a gangster and a popular boy) he ALWAYS says hi to me, and when he says hi it's with a HUGE HUGE smile on his face, he can't smile more than that. (and that where his 'gangster friends' are with him he says hi like that, normally i've never seen him do that with another girl)
7. When he talks to me via twitter, it's like a different style of talking, he seems SO happy. He constantly puts "!" ":D" and ":)" and puts xxxx(kisses) behind everything which he NEVER does with other girls.
8. When he talks to someone and I'm somewhere around there, he constantly looks at me while talking to that person. He's talking to someone else but looking at me.
9. When he makes a joke or acts crazy and everybody laughs he immediatly looks at me to see if I'm laughing too and when he sees me laughing he suddenly gets more energy and begins to laugh harder and act crazier, (like he just got an energy/ectasy boost)
10. Everytime he hears my name, he like gets a little shock or something, his head suddenly turns towards the person who mentioned my name, or when the teacher says my name he suddenly starts paying attention to what the teacher says
11. He always listens when I'm talking, even when I'm not talking to him, his head is mostly (not always that is creepy) turned towards me if I'm talking.
12. He's EXTRA nice to me, he never says something rude or mean to me, is always very polite and sweet to me. (which is not his character because he can be really mean and not care about someones feelings)
And lastly when we were free of school for a while he started tweeting "I miss you" (without any name in front of it) and when I tweeted the next day that zi was going to the mall, he SUDDENLY started asking his friends to come and "chill" at the (same) mall, even when his friends said they prefered going swimming he started insisting that they shouls go to the mall.


THAT'S IT! ( i have to say too he is kinda a player but he REALLY acts different with me, i've asked people, and he mostly flirts with "sluts" of our school, but I'm totally NOT like that, everyone including him knows that and he really respects me) PLEASE HELP
