How do i send a message to the Facebook team directly?

I need to tell them about a problem i have that can't be fixed with their help page so need to email them directly , how do i do this ?.

that is not possible - there is no direct email address to contact a human who works for facebook

their help center is the only option you have

abraXus is absolutely correct. Only advertisers have direct connect with facebook employees. You can leave suggestions on their help page which may or may not be seen by someone at facebook but they'll never let you know or thank you for the suggestion.
