How do I find out who "likes" something on Facebook?

Is it possible to find out the names of the people who "like" something/someone on Facebook? For example, if I am trying to find someone who is not my friend on Facebook but I know he/she likes something, how can I find out if they actually liked it on Facebook?

if you are looking a person who is not in your profile but you he/she have like something for instance he/she like a page on Facebook like facebook.com/hackbookk and you know that he/she like this than it is depand onn the pages likes just goto facebook.com/hackbookk and see the likers list if he/she like that page you will surely get his her profile there but it is not an easy task

It is possible and easy to find out who likes. go to that liking point and put mouse arrow on like button then it shows who likes that in pop up menu in down-arrow.
