how do I get rid of suggested pages and sponsored pages in newsfeed?
I keep seeing these. if I want to like a page I would go to it and like it. I don't want pages I haven't even liked yet (or ever will lol) appearing in my newsfeed, there's a reason why I haven't liked it, maybe I don't want it appearing in my newsfeed because there are some things I just don't care about, so don't push it in my face and clog my newsfeed LOL. And there are these adds, sponsored pages which are spamming my newsfeed too.
This is one of facebook's pointless and annoying additions....

You can't. Most of those pages pay for advertisements so everyone will see the page. Just have to deal with it.

facebook is putting those into your news feed because of the things you have listed in your interests... like bands you like and so forth
if you remove those items from your interests, then you wont get recommended pages that are posting about things you like |

Yeah I know exactly how you feel!! lol. Anyways I would hover over the right side of the ad and click remove or not interested.
