I cant log into my Facebook help!!!?

So this message keeps popping out saying:

And i've been waiting for over three months, and i tried contacting Facebook, and i cant, and idk if anyone knows their email to contact them, and an email that actually works?
I really need to go on. And i thought of making a new one but then ill have 2 accounts, that'll be a mess.

Take a hammer, smash it into your pc/laptop and after that go and buy a new one and also a grammar book...
If this doesn't work, then go fuck yourself!!
