Reblogging on tumblr?

I'm new to tumblr and I've basically figured everything out but whenever I try to reblog something my name won't show up. Like you know how when you reblog something your name is below the picture or post or something and then there's a line going down that leads to what you said? That won't show up for me. Only the thing I said shows up, but my name won't.

Your name and the line is automatically added to the post by Tumblr when someone reblogs it from you and keeps your comment intact. It will never show up on your own blog (unless you later reblog your post), and it's not supposed to either.
