Will instagram let me upload videos soon?
I have an instagram i have the Kyocera Echo phone from sprint and so its not new but its still an android the new update doesn't give me the record icon so I can't make videos on instagram so is instagram going to fix this problem so that my old phone can upload videos and I'm confident that my phone doesn't have the jellybean 4.1
I updated it twice now but still no record icon just the camera icon

Instagram Does Not Allow you to Upload Videos you Can Only Record Videos and It Depends on What Device you have and What Version of Instagram you Have it Doesint Work Will All Devices

These are the Devices That it Works on

iPhone using a 3GS device or newer running iOS 5.0 or later

Android running Android 4.1 or later
