Hi everyone can you all please help me?

i have a friend who is very ill in hospital fighting a brain tumor, he is only 22! if anyone has a twitter acount please follow me @mattylangers and help us get #Butters trending for our friend #teambutters. i will follow anyone that helps out pls pls pls
