How do I find someone locally with similar interests on Facebook?
Let's say I wanted to find people around Portland who liked Game of Thrones, is there a way to find this?

not really... facebook is a place to stay in touch with people you already know, not a place to meet new people

but there are some methods that work - find an active game of thrones page or group, and join it, and talk to the people there... maybe you will get lucky and someone there will live near you

Um, having using Facebook since its early years, I don't think so. I'd find an online dating/relationship site for that stuff. Or Tumblr, because there's tons of fandoms on there and you can meet a lot of people!
